Welcome to Solnex — a Telegram-based bot service that helps users buy and sell Solana (SOL) quickly and securely. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and acknowledge our privacy practices.

By accessing or using the Solnex Telegram bot ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Solnex is a technology platform that provides users with access to tools and interfaces (including web and Telegram-based services) that facilitate digital asset transactions. Solnex allows users to:

• Buy and sell Solana (SOL) through verified payment channels.
• Access live market rates of SOL in multiple currencies.
• Store wallet information for fast transactions.
• Receive real-time support via Telegram.

Solnex is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or investment platform. We do not offer financial or investment advice. Use at your own discretion.

At no time does Solnex hold, store, or custody user funds or digital assets. All transactions are executed via third-party service providers.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.
• You agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse of the bot.
• You must ensure your wallet address is accurate before confirming a transaction.
• Solnex will not be responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet details.
• Do not share access to your Telegram account with others.
• You are responsible for keeping your devices secure.
• Solnex will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys outside of the bot's secure wallet setup process.

Trading cryptocurrencies like Solana involves significant market risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. By using Solnex, you understand and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to:

• Price volatility and market fluctuations.
• Network congestion and technical failures.
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction.
• Partial or total loss of funds.

You agree that we are not liable for any financial loss arising from market conditions.

• Minimum trade amount: 0.025 SOL (or local equivalent).
• Trades are typically processed within 1–5 minutes depending on network speed.
• We may impose limits or delays if suspicious activity is detected.

We process payments through trusted third-party services including Busha. Solnex uses encryption to store your bank details for accessibility during sell transactions.

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:

If you interact with our website, we may use cookies to improve user experience, analyze traffic patterns, and remember basic preferences. You can opt out via browser settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the bot if:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• You violate these terms.
• You attempt to exploit, spam, or reverse-engineer the bot.
• You attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt our bot.
• You are reported for fraudulent behavior.

In case of termination, active transactions will be handled appropriately, but further access will be restricted.

All branding, designs, logos, software, and content associated with Solnex are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, all transactions are final once confirmed.

• No refunds are issued after a completed buy/sell unless due to a system error on our end.
• If a dispute arises, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.

Solnex strives to maintain 24/7 access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, Telegram API failures, or external system errors such as Solana blockchain or payment gateway issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of funds, business interruption, or missed opportunities. Use of this service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solnex, its affiliates, developers, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the bot, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Solnex does not take any involvement in crimes (frauds, embezzlement, etc.) and cannot take responsibility for the actions of the buyer nor the seller.

These Terms govern the use of Solnex Assistant ("SA"), an AI-powered feature inside the Solnex Telegram Bot. By subscribing to or using SA, you agree to these Terms.

SA is an AI-based system that helps users understand Solnex features, parse trading commands, get explanations, and access automated support. SA is not a human advisor and does not provide professional financial advice.

Subscription Plans

All plans are billed monthly in SOL and deducted from the user's Solnex balance. Limits reset every 24 hours based on UTC system time. Unused tasks or characters do not roll over.

SA may produce inaccurate information, misinterpret complex prompts, or provide outdated market details. Users must independently verify critical data before execution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts unless otherwise agreed upon.

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the bot means you accept the changes.

We are committed to making Solnex a safe, fast, and user-friendly platform. We appreciate your trust and encourage feedback to keep improving our services.
