Third-Party Service Providers
- Solnex integrates with licensed third-party providers including Busha to facilitate transactions.
- All cryptocurrency purchases, sales, fiat on-ramps and off-ramps are handled by such providers.
- Solnex does not control or manage third-party services and is not responsible for their availability.
At no time does Solnex hold, store, or custody user funds or digital assets. All transactions are executed via third-party service providers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.
- You agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse of the bot.
- You must ensure your wallet address is accurate before confirming a transaction.
- Solnex will not be responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet details.
- Do not share access to your Telegram account with others.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices secure.
- Solnex will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys outside of the bot's secure wallet setup process.
User Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Trading cryptocurrencies like Solana involves significant market risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. By using Solnex, you understand and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to:
- Price volatility and market fluctuations.
- Network congestion and technical failures.
- Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction.
- Partial or total loss of funds.
You agree that we are not liable for any financial loss arising from market conditions.
- Minimum trade amount: 0.025 SOL (or local equivalent).
- Trades are typically processed within 1–5 minutes depending on network speed.
- We may impose limits or delays if suspicious activity is detected.
We process payments through trusted third-party services including Busha. Solnex uses encryption to store your bank details for accessibility during sell transactions.
KYC & Compliance
- For small transactions, no KYC is required.
- Higher volume or flagged accounts may require verification.
- Transactions may be delayed, rejected, or reversed by third-party providers in compliance with applicable laws.
We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:

- Telegram user ID and username.
- Wallet address and payout banking details (for transaction purposes).

All branding, designs, logos, software, and content associated with Solnex are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, all transactions are final once confirmed.
- No refunds are issued after a completed buy/sell unless due to a system error on our end.
- If a dispute arises, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.
Solnex strives to maintain 24/7 access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, Telegram API failures, or external system errors such as Solana blockchain or payment gateway issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of funds, business interruption, or missed opportunities. Use of this service is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solnex, its affiliates, developers, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the bot, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
⚠️ SOLNEX ENCOURAGES EVERY USER TO WRITE DOWN OR SAVE THEIR SECRET KEY. LOSS OF ACCESS TO YOUR WALLET WILL NOT BE THE FAULT OF SOLNEX OR ITS DEVELOPERS.
Solnex does not take any involvement in crimes (frauds, embezzlement, etc.) and cannot take responsibility for the actions of the buyer nor the seller.
These Terms govern the use of Solnex Assistant ("SA"), an AI-powered feature inside the Solnex Telegram Bot. By using SA, you agree to these Terms.
SA is an AI-based system that helps users understand Solnex features, execute batch operations, get explanations, and access automated support. SA is not a human advisor and does not provide professional financial advice.

- Batch Sell: Sell crypto and distribute the resulting Naira (NGN) payout to multiple Nigerian bank accounts simultaneously — ideal for splitting proceeds or paying multiple recipients at once.
- Batch Send: Distribute crypto to multiple wallet addresses in one go — ideal for payouts, splits, or transfers.
- All batch operations are subject to standard Solnex transaction fees and network conditions.
User Responsibility
- Verify all transaction details before confirming any batch operation.
- Double-check wallet addresses, bank account numbers, token amounts, and quantities — batch errors affect multiple transactions at once.
- Do not rely solely on SA for investment decisions.
- Solnex is not responsible for trading losses or incorrect inputs in batch commands.
Prohibited Use
- Do not attempt system exploitation or reverse engineering of SA.
- Do not use SA to facilitate illegal activities or transactions.
- Do not flood or abuse SA with automated spam requests.
- Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
SA may produce inaccurate information, misinterpret complex prompts, or provide outdated market details. Users must independently verify critical data before execution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts unless otherwise agreed upon.
We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the bot means you accept the changes.
