Can I recover my old Solnex account? +
Yes. When you first open the bot, you'll see an Import Old Account button below the Verify Gmail option. Tap it, enter your old wallet address, pass the password check (if one was set), verify via OTP sent to your linked Gmail, and your account is restored after a 24-hour security review.
Why is there a 24-hour wait when importing an account? +
Once you complete OTP verification, Solnex sends a security alert to the original account's Telegram and email. This gives the original owner 24 hours to cancel the import if they didn't initiate it. If there's no response within 24 hours, the import completes automatically. This protects all Solnex users from unauthorised account access.
What carries over when I import my old account? +
Everything comes back — your balance, Solnex Points, trade history, password, and settings. The only things that change are your Solnex ID (a new one is assigned) and your referral link (reset). All other details stay exactly the same.
